Gaga Ball Pit

Gaga (Hebrew: גע גע literally 'touch touch') (also: ga-ga, gaga ball, or ga-ga ball) is a variant of dodgeball that is played in a gaga "pit". The game combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping, safer alternative to traditional dodgeball, with the objective of being the last person standing.

Players start inside the pit touching the sides. One player throws the gaga ball up into the air. Players yell “Ga” as it bounces and the ball is in play after the second bounce (“Ga-Ga”). Players can hit the ball with one hand, but cannot pick up and throw it.
